Think Positive.

If you think you have been beaten.... then most likely you will be!
A bad morning can definitely ruin an entire day, but if you wake up happy then the day too ends up being happy. The trick is in staying positive. A few things that may help you to start your day on a positive note:

1. Try not to take everything personally
2. Remember that every problem comes with a solution or a learning
3. Avoid the temptation to think negative thoughts
4. Be thankful for all the little blessings in life
5. When you come across a road block, dont over think, take a deep breath and climb over
6. Always smile, even if you are having the worst day of your life - a smile lightens the load
