The power of dreams
If you don't dare to dream you end up on the mediocre side of life. The most successful people in the world had the ability to dream big and did everything they possibly could to make sure their dreams became reality. Never lose your power to dream. Dreams are powerful.

Did You Ever Wish for the 25th Hour?
We all have only 24hrs in a day, 7 days for a week and 52 weeks in an year. However, it appears that each one of us gets different outcomes from this principle called Time.
What suggestions would you like to share for the readers to make best use of their time?

Do you know the two C's of Trust?
Winning the trust of people is not easy. You have to work on it with sincere commitment. Like taking care of a young plant for future harvest. Trust is made up of two components;
a. Character
b. Competencies
Character is the Principles on which one lives his/her life. Competencies are a combination of the Knowledge, Skills and Attitude one holds. For example, one such character attribute is the respect (value) one attaches to the principle of Time. A person with a high sense of punctuality achieves the confidence of others where Time is concerned. As much as he/she is punctual, should the person have good knowledge in the work he/she does, has the relevant skills to perform the job, and is of positive attitudal disposition, the person is trusted by others. This is what we call; Professionalism.
The lack of any, leaves much to be desired for one to be a Professional.
These are key to success.

The Shepherd...
A shepherd leads his flock from the behind. He hears the nimble go ahead. Unknown to the flock though, they are led in the direction the shepherd chooses to go. Great leadership ah?
