Grace under pressure

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands

in moments of comfort and convenience,

but where he stands at times of challenge and

controversy."
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

What distinguishes people with an extraordinary character from the rest of us is how they respond when life sends one of its inevitable curves.

  2. Yes, this is fundamentally true. I have heard the character of a man is shown in how he handles challenging situations and his anger. His reaction and actions show his measure. It is easy to be happy, but strength comes when there is adversity.

  4. Correct,I encourage me a lot when reading this statement. I will try to find my hidden abilities to develop my capabilities and also when I am facing a troble situation I will never anger and hopefully i do whatever i can do to solve the problem.

  5. Totally agreed......It's like If you want to test performance of a 4X4 Jeep you have to do it in offroad not in Highway. B'cause almost every one is good in highway.
