Comfort in Baileys and Brownies

So have any of you ever tried home made baileys ice cream with gooey chocolate brownies? Well, if you haven't then I have to say you are missing something definitely orgasmic. All you need to do is take out your favourite vanilla ice cream add some baileys and 'voila' you have delicious baileys ice cream. Bake up a batch of gooey brownies (you can freeze your brownies or keep them in an airtight can) and there you have it - the ultimate comfort food. Simply divine....

    yumptious :) i love gooey chocolate brownies and baileys ice cream.... sometimes when i feel low i stuff my face with fudge as well :)

    kahlua n ice cream is a gr8 "pick me upper" too .... but i must try this :)
